Arlie Francis
Arlie Francis has been a believer in Messiah Jesus since December 21, 1971. He grew up in El Paso, Texas. El Paso is home to a substantial Jewish community. Many of his childhood friends growing up were Jewish. Having spent considerable time in their homes observing the life of their families and the practice of their faith, with all of its diversity, God has given Arlie a deep concern for the salvation of Jewish people everywhere. To support and equip him, God placed Arlie where he would be impacted by the lives and instruction of Jewish believers including Jack Meadows and Arnold Fruchtenbaum. In February of 2011, Arlie stepped away from a position with another Jewish ministry to begin the development of Disciple Daily.
Disciple Daily’s focus is in the area of authentic biblical discipleship that marries intensive study of the Scriptures from Jewish foundation with practical ministry application. Arlie, and the people associated with Disciple Daily, form a growing international network of disciple making coaches. This network includes both individuals and other ministry organizations. Arlie is married to Noemi Francis, a middle school reading teacher. They have three children. Arlie and Noemi live in San Antonio, Texas where they are members of Wayside Chapel Evangelical Free Church. Together, they serve on the missions partnership council having direct oversight of Wayside’s mission partners in the Middle East, Including of course, Israel as the major point of emphasis.
